At Al Shaya Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our premium courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for collection from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the item's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
